We Underwrite the Deal, Not Just the Borrower
Traditional lenders focus on credit scores and tax returns. We focus on the deal itself: the property’s income potential, market fundamentals, and the exit strategy. Credit is important and we take it seriously, but a borrower who’s short on one element doesn’t automatically get rejected. When we see a fundamentally sound project, we work to structure the right solution, whether that means adjusting terms, bringing in the right capital partner, or restructuring the deal to meet lender requirements.
